Georgia concrete and Grading was Originally Barber Construction Founded by Virgil Barber shortly after returning from WWII. He started building/paving roads in South GA in the 1960’s. After working for his father for 25 years Roger Barber took over the business in 1994 and focused on concrete contracting. Today the company is run by Jarrod Barber which has been working with Roger since his teenage years.
